Ebecos Ltd is a wholesaler and as such we only sell to companies or traders in the UK and abroad. We do not operate as B2C suppliers, only B2B. Most of our bales will contain 100% grade A stock, however in some rare cases you may find some grade B stock items. Most of our stock is returns from well known UK high street brands and other reputable stores. Although in some cases the clothing may suffer from wear and tear the vast majority is in very high quality.

RETURNS POLICY

Please be aware all of our stock is non-refundable. Should you have any queries or concerns please contact us and we will be more than happy to discuss in more detail with you.

DELIVERY POLICY

Our orders can take up to 10 working days to be processed and despatched. The exact delivery time depends on your location and you should also make sure factor in any shipping, transportation and customs delays.

We reserve the right to deduct any costs which are in relation to unsuccessful deliveries.

Our bales and sacks contain a mix of male, female and unisex clothing unless otherwise stated. You will receive a mix of sizes which are in line with the type of bale (for example if it is a children’s clothing bale). The exact fashions are also mixed and do not represent one particular style or design unless explicitly stated.
