We generally request that you allow up to 10 working days for orders to be despatched from the date of your order. However, exact delivery times and charges will vary and depend upon your location and whether you are in the UK or overseas. Returns

All products on our Ebecos website are enquire only which means we will always discuss product details with you before doing any shipping. Therefore please note therefore we do not accept returns unless they have been specifically approved by our management team.  Should you have any questions or issues we would request that you contact us first and we will be happy to resolve them for you.
